I guess i would like some AS or a theory to make make circles that start centered, but expand outward, so it will look like when a raindrop lands in a puddle, but it will only be a line - no blue and stuff… just, and expanding circle. I guess will be prolly AS cuz i want the circle to appaer by itself…
