Random movement with a twist?

i did the random movement tutorial on this site, and have a small dot moving around with a mind of its own… now, just say i wanted to have another smaller dot orbiting around the randomly moving dot constantly (i’ve seen it done with mouse pointers), as it moves, how would i go about that???
