[left]Is there any way, using somthing simalar to the news flasher, to get read a forum.
In detail i mean:
PHPBB2 for example there is a locked forum called news. Only the forum admin can post in ther and obviously it is for the recent news. Is it possible to get the news flasher or equivilent to read the latest post and scroll it, on the homepage for example.

ps if this is not possible with flash, is there another way to do it using php etc. I know this is not really the right board to ask this but i may aswell ask somewhere, so here is as good as any.
