Realistic effect

Can anyone help me to make a realistic looking water effect? I want it to seem like clear water is moving as you move your mouse over it.

I have a water effect but cannot get it too work with mouse over effect, I tried here is the Fla see what you can do.

Thanks for the help guys. Ive started working out some things but I still havnt been able to create anything to spectacular yet. Any new ideas are still greatly appreciated =)

something maybe a little more realistic on a solid color background
