Hello,
I just made a website for a friend of mine and transferred his domain from one hosting company to another one. The old website (which files I do not have) was made in .jsp, I made the new files in .html.
Now the new website is online, but there are still old links in the search engines linking to the .jsp files. When you click on it, there is an error message coming up. I tried various .htaccess redirects but none worked. How can I redirect pages that are not ‘in my control’?
