I’m making a news aggregator at the moment in flash. Just for a laugh really. Anyways, for thos who don’t know what a news aggregator is, it’s a program which collates .xml new files from all over the web and displays them all in one place, so you can browse the headlines from hundreds…naiye thousands of online newspapers without having to visit their website.
I’m having one tiny problem, I don’t know how to refresh the application, how is this done. I want the .xml feeds to be refreshed every 10 minutes or so. this way all the news will be up to date.
