Iam newbie here.Sorry I will start by asking for help.
I want to develop web database system(client/server) with ability to enter data remotely and sometimes offline if there is no internet.Just curious to know if there any free databases software(icluding mysql) which will enable me to create offline requirement and upload it when the internet is back.also if possible in future be integrated with mobile technologies.
