Hey people… currently having some troubles.
Ive just found this brilliant tutorial on how to make an ActionScript/XML genertaed carousel. gotoandlearn.com
What im wanting to make happen is that, when a certian button is clicked, i would like it to go to a specific scene, but before that, i would like some areas of the items on the stage to move, then trigger the gotoAndPlay. Problem is, i think i have most of the script down, but it just doesn’t work.
Also, if i skip the whole button ordeal by clicking play… the icons stay. ive tried multipal attempts at trying to remove the carousel from the stage once a button is clicked but it doesn’t seem to work.
