Resize movie depending on browser window

Hi,

Is there an AS code that scales the movie depending on the browser window size or screen resolution size of the user?

not using the publish settings. I’m curious.

or something like this:

His background scales, and the interface remains in the center of the screen.

I’m designing a flash project, and I’m still unsure of the size to design to.
800, 1024 or 1280.
