Basically I am going for that effect where the movie clip will resize based on the person’s web browser, but what gets me is how the picture in the background doesn’t scale with the movie clip and doesn’t lose quality in UP scaling. ( I am viewing on a 24’ monitor) but I am just wondering how that can be done, I have seen the tutorials on the full screen mode, but I don’t think it will work to that extent where the background doesnt tile and doesn’t lose quality. Any suggestions?
