I wondered if any of you hot shots know for sure the answer to my predicament.
I have taken two images of myself with a webcam and mobile phone. Consequently they’re poor quality (which I want) and small. I now want to turn these images into posters. My ‘defiance’ posters:

Problem, of course, is that blowing them up just makes them a huge blur. We’re talking standard poster size (like the Britney Spears ones on your wall). Is it possible to retain the image quality in any way? With Photoshop? Or my other idea, which I would like to know if it works, is to print a high quality version off, of the original small size image. Then do a high quality scan, meaning that when you blow it up, it doesn’t blur - it just looks like a larger version.
