Rollover menu select

I am not too experienced in flash and can’t figure out the rollover menu… here is what im working with: http://www.hebronix.com/new/main.html and my goal is when you mouseover the ‘gallery’ and ‘profiles’ links just a box with the two names comes up and when you move your mouse off the button to select one of the names it doesnt dissapear. but when you move your mouse away from the menu it does go away. at the moment i have it so when you click it, the menu is loaded and when you click something else it unloads. but i want mouseover and no animation, just the box appears. thanks if anyone can help
