Hi all,
I am currently trying to load an RSS news feed into flash. I have managed to get the feed to display in a dynamic text box, but I would ideally like to just display the news headlines and descriptions.
Here is the RSS news feed I would like to use: http://newsrss.bbc.co.uk/rss/newsonline_uk_edition/front_page/rss.xml
Can anyone please, please, please help in providing a script for how to load the feed and display the headlines and descriptions only?
I would really appreciate any help you can provide in this. Oh. by the way - the reason I am trying to load this is for part of a screensaver / standalone news program. If anyone can help to display these items, I will willingly display a credit to yourself, as well as your logo / website link etc etc.
