I’m building a multilingual project in Flash using AS2 (workplace requirements), and I am currently targeting Flash Player 10. The data is being loaded externally from XML files to populate Dynamic textfields, and so because of the large amount of languages supported (16), we are going to use Device Fonts.
My issue is that in MAC OSX when I view the SWFs the RTL languages how up fine, however if I view them in a Windows environment, the text gets jumbled up? Such as:
[LIST]
[]Parathensis are out of place
[]English words and numbers are widely out of place.
[/LIST]
I would so greatly appreciate it somebody could help point me in the right direction or have a solution on hand. Thanks!
