Safari Issues

Hello:

I’ve got two big issues with this page:
http://www.tornedgedesign.com/_test/safari/safari.html

  1. The menu (in Safari only) floats at the top left corner instead of over the narrow white bar. Can someone tell me why? The menu styles can be viewed here:
    http://www.tornedgedesign.com/_test/safari/styles/menu.css

  2. The menu will not display on top of the Flash slideshow no matter what I try (again, only in Safari). Does anyone know of a fix for this?
