We are currently looking for a very talented Interactive Flash designer/developer with a minimum 2 years of professional experience to join our newly-formed West Coast creative team in downtown San Francisco. Successful candidates must have the ability to create highly attractive, innovative work but also be able to meet tight deadlines whilst working under pressure.
EyeWonder works with the world’s top agencies and advertisers, we are therefore looking for someone who is passionate about their work and can also hit the ground running.
Specific roles and responsibilities will include the following:
• Producing interactive video ad campaigns and interactive projects by working primarily in Macromedia Flash and Adobe Photoshop
• Maintaining EyeWonder’s industry-leading standards and service
• Troubleshooting integration and delivery issues
• Interfacing with technology and operations personnel at EyeWonder partners, including agencies, publishers and advertisers
• Working closely with EyeWonder’s Creative Services and Product Development team to enhance and improve the company’s online video advertising features and formats

Qualifications/Skills
• Professional drive and the ability to self-manage tight time lines and potentially stressful deadlines
• Must be creative, comfortable learning and using new technologies, possess strong client interaction skills, and work well within a collaborative team environment
• Must be a self-starter and show tremendous initiative
• A high level of proficiency with Macromedia Flash (including Actionscript 2.0), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, HTML, DHTML and JavaScript
• A solid understanding of design usability principles; A demonstrated understanding of copy/design integration, typography and interactive interface design
• Ability to understand clients’ businesses and to oversee original, strategically on-target creative work
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in related field; minimum 2 years of professional interactive/rich media design experience; working with video a plus.
Entry level candidates will NOT be considered.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary and benefits. This position is also eligible for bonuses based on company and individual performance. Other benefits include health and dental Insurance and 401k plan.
