Save stage JPG

I am creating a simple whiteboard application with a video conference. I have two questions:

  1. Is there a way to save the stage as a JPG?

  2. I am using Flash Communication Server for the videoconferencing. Is there a way to record the stage?

I have access to PHP if need be.
