Saving to a text file?

This is the big problem: Flash MX needs to be able to save to the harddrive. I’m trying to pass arguments from Flash to C++ however, I don’t have a clue how to do that. Can someone post a C++ Program that will read a string argument and print it to a text file? such as getting one variable called argum and in falsh we can send the value of argum as “a=0&b=2&c=0” etc.? This will make saving SO much easier. Please send the exe and the source code for the C++ and the line of code required for Flash to send the args. send it to me by email or post it.
