Sbeener's photo gallery?

I recently stumbled across the Flash DIY photo gallery. It seemed fool-proof… But I can’t get it to : (i) display my forward/back buttons (ii) work with the arrow keys (iii) display anything other than the 1st image…

this.pathToPics = “My images are in an appropriate folder/”;
this.pAray = [“myimages.jpg”, “etc.jpg”];

did i miss something?

You’ve come to a great resource; plenty folks will be able to help you, I’m sure.

In this instance, perhaps you can link, or upload, the .fla (or zip it up) so that the clever folks can have a look it (not that I’m one of them ;))

Hi Experts!

I’m working on this for a friend who wants a photo gallery.

sbeener’s fla works great, I even moved it out a few frames and tried using a frame label to get to his gallery and no prob! But when I try to implement it in my fla at a new frame label “gallery” it just sits at image 1.

Any insight much appreciated! I’m attaching the fla for anyone who thinks they may be able to help.

You must publish the SWF as Flash 6, not Flash 5. :-\

So In all my excitement of actually seeing the pictures change I forgot to ask…

Does this mean that the gallery is only viewable in IE?

(It works great there, but not in the version of Netscape I checked it in last nite (sorry forgot the version).)

Try updating the Flash plugin for Netscape.
