What is the best way to get a screen shot of a Flash MX movie. Id like to retain as much quality as possible. Can it be a jpeg?

What about the old alt+Print Screen ?

In windows, pressing ‘print screen’ copies the entire desktop to the clipboard. Open a graphics program and copy it in.
If you don’t like this option, there are several software programs that can be used, but they do basically the same thing.
