Can any one tell me how to make sure that your cover the screen correctly in html every time I do a border it has a white space between the browser and the border how can I get rid of this?

Just replace the each “*” with the correct “<” or “>”
I couldn’t get the page to display with the “<” “>”. It was converting to HTML. Does any one know how to make actual HTML code appear in this forum?
