Screensaver

I am going to create a screensaver in flash that recieves news feeds through XML. Can i do this in Flash CS3 or do i need another program to convert a swf file into a screensaver file?

The screensaver should support these formats:

Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, 2K, XP, Vista, Mac OSX 10.2

Appriceate any good tutorials about creating screensavers with flash!

I tried to find some swf to scr converters but in general they were all of no good. Most of them did very bad conversion. Maybe I wasn’t lucky but I decided that such a conversion isn’t possible in good quality. I don’t know though how then they create screensavers…
