How do i make my own scroll bar…
Any tutorials on it…

With the Scroll Bar UI Component I place an instance of it on the stage, then I open up the library. Here there’s a folder called Flash UI Component’s. In this there’s the Component’s Skins folder > FScrollBar Skins. I make all my changes with these skins. I mainly change alpha and the colour for simplicity.
The Scroll bar component does not change in itself but the instance skins of it do. As you will see when you try and drag another on to the stage from the components window. A resolve conflict dialog box pops up giving you the option of using the existing component or replacing it.
Sorry, I don’t know of any tutorials for Scroll bars as I just do the above.
