I absolutely need a good tutorial on how to create a scroll bar, menu, and scroll easing like on the ‘site of the week’ (http://www.hiroik.hu/flash.html) “my projects” menu.
Please anyone, everyone help. The effect is so cool (although common) Its just what I need to make my sites totaly customized.
