hello
I am trying to style a scrollbar and i am having some trouble
basically i want to create this simple scrollbar. The orange line is the scrollTrack and the circle is the scrollbar itself.
What i am unable to do is to disable the scrollbar from resizing. I want that circle to remain a circle regardless of how much content i have in my scrollpane.
Any assistance would be highly appreaciated.
Also, i do not need to do this with AS, just simple.
