Hey I had a question regarding loaded text and scrollbars.
Lets say my Flash movie has external text loading in. If it’s only 10-100 characters max, then obviously a scrollbar shoudn’t show. If it’s a larger file I’d need a scrollbar.
How would I make the scrollbar appear only when text needs to be scrolled?
