Scroller - Had This Issue Before!

I’ve edited a scroller where the masker is about half of what it originally was… Now when the user scrolls to the bottom of the scroll bar, the content has dissappeared at about 2/3 down… Any ideas what’s causing this? I had this issue once before but can’t remember how I fixed it…
