hi there! yerp is me again 
what im trying to achieve is an area where users can scroll up and down using 2 triangle arrows (i have already created these)
in the area i want text and also like a timeline sorta thing!
ive been looking ALL over the internet for tutorials and i have been finding stuf about scrolling dynamic text n stuf but i really dont understand like how do i define the area that is going to be scrolled ?
