does anyone know how i could have a 3d cube that i can revolve around and on each side a different page of the site and whn it gets to a certain point of the face of the cube it tells you what page you are on.

Sorry I cant help you though, Im not into 3D yet.
No clue what you mean, but if its 3D, your best bet is Swift3D or something because otherwise you would have to build a 3D engine, and well, many times using a 3D engine as part of a site causes WAY too much CPU usage and will lag or crash the viewers browser.
your post reminded me of the previous kirupa site of the week… the guy uses a similar thing to what you are saying… it looks like he just bascically scales an image to full size… im not sure how he does the shading though but here is an idea to go off of
