Scrolling text

I have previously created a scrolling text feature using JSP which can be viewed at www.birstallstpats.co.uk/home.jsp and am wanting to implement something similar in flash, I’ve only been able to find a text scrollbar so far but wondered if anyone new how to make a similar scroller?

I ask this as I am looking at changing my site to be Flash only

You can load text into a Dynamic text field. Put that textfield in a movie clip. Then put that in another movie clip. Then in the second movie clip you can animate the text movie clip so that is continuously scrolls. And apply a mask over it so that only a part of it can be seen.
