I have some code that creates horizontal scrolling thumbnails, but when you scroll they are a little jerky well not so much jerky as just not nice and smooth.
I’ve been looking for a tutorial that would show me how to build a scrolling thumbnail panel using AS3 and something like tweenlite to get a nice smooth scroll.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
BTW, I want the scroll to be controlled by the mouse position not with a scroll bar.
