Scrolling with ease QUESTION?

i have just a simple question i know how to make scroll boxes and everything but does anyone know how to make a flash scroll box that with scroll with ease or one that does this without scroll bas so you just roll up and the list goes up and roll down and the list goes down, any ideas? thanks…
