Section Transitions

Hello again!

I tried to search for this and found something close but am not 100% there just yet. I am trying to figure out how to setup a movie clip that plays it’s animation, then when another section is clicked, it plays an outro animation then plays the section that was selected.

I found a link to this great tutorial:

It seems to do almost what I want it to but it does so through external files which I’m not sure if I want to use yet.

I’m not sure if it’s still proper code to use since it was done in mx2004 and I am currently using Flash 8, AS2. Any help is much appreciated!

as memory serves all it does is load different swfs into MCs, you stick your content in a bunch of MC, the tweek the code a bit and you are done.

however you may want to look at slider/thumbnail gallery examples aswell
