I’ve got a JavaScript navigation bar on all my pages and I have a .swf file and a RealPlayer plugin on a couple of pages. I want the JS nav bar to always be on top and I thought I would do it by putting the content in a div with CSS z-index property set to 1, because everything else is supposed to have a default value of 0.
I can’t figure this out and I need help please…and if your advice is to “hire a professional web designer”, feel free not to respond to this post.
