If I build an html page that will reside on a CD ROM is there anyway to get that CD ROM to self start and open that web page?
Also, can this be done if an internet connection isn’t currently running. Could IE or whatever be start automatically. Iknow this works if I call a mailto: link from a Flash file, for example.
