Sending mass email failed using smtp server

Hi all, i using 1st smtp server and html broadcast. My ip is dynamic

i try to send it, but it failed. i wonder is it something wrong with the configuration.

for 1st smpt server i set auto detect dns server and smtp port 25

and for my html broadcast, i use localhost as smtp server port 25
any ppl have any idea?
