Sending Values to a Database from Flash Components?

I have a form set up using flash components and i can’t seem to get them to send the correct value to my database.

I am using the “CheckBox” and the “RadioButton” components. I was the radio button to either fill in “Yes” or “No” to the database and the check box needs to send a default “false” value unless checked then it should send a “true” value. But i can’t get it to work right.

I have the rest of the form working fine, this is my only glitch.

Any help?
