Several new flaws found in IE

Several flaws in Microsofts Internet Explorer have been uncovered by security firm eEye. The flaws allow remote compromise of computers running Windows Operating Systems. The flaws affect Internet Explorer, Outlook and possibly other Microsoft software.

The critical flaws in Firefox were made public on May 2nd, and on May 11th Mozilla made available version 1.0.4 which patched the flaws. Microsoft is saying that a security release bulletin will not be available until June 14th. Makes one wonder why M$ waits so long to fix things.
