I recently started handpainting shirts, this is one i’m working on for my friend right now. I put rhinstones on it for her to which are only showing up as dots in the picture for some reason. What do you think? (picture is dark and bad quality)

I think that you should make some t-shirt design in the same style of the artwork
for example like the flowers in your deviation. 
Don’t take this offensively but I think its flamboyant.
You could have picked a better word such as flamboyant or feminine. 
If you read his description, it says it’s for a girl.

I couldnt seem to incorporate flowers with a silhouette of a city and make it look good, so I tried to make my design as flowery as possible
