Shooting game help

Hi. I am currently trying to make a shooting game. I made one but i think the flash is going dodgy. It skips the 2 frame that i have a stop() on and it takes me straight back to frame 1. Does anyone know why its all going wrong. Here is the fla: http://www.freewebs.com/pdandtcos/shooting.fla
