Shooting left and right

look i know there r tons of questions on how to shoot left and right but they arent working for me. ive tried the xscale thing and it worked but the problem for me is after u shoot and turn around the bullet goes back so u can control the bullet practically and i dont want that. whut i want is to b able to shoot turn around and have the bullet still going the same way. also i need to setup a timer so u can only shoot like every 5 seconds can sum1 help me.
