I am new to AS2.0 and flash all together…this is my 4th month working with it…I have noticed that most of the tutorials on the web are now being created to teach AS3.0…How much work would it be for me to convert this application to AS3.0? Also, how much performance gain would I get out of converting from AS2.0 to 3.0? I am willing to make the transition if it will gain me a really significant jump on my performance…also if you would be kind enough to take a look at my app and run the 07himss show (the big one) and take a look at the right side that is off at a 7 degree angle…if you zoom in all the way it looks like loony toons town compared to the part of the plan that is parallel/perpendicular to the horizon…is there a way to solve this? The floorplan is much larger and it is forced to fit on a plane big enough for flash to accept…therefore I do not think there are enough points for flash to pick from to make better looking shapes at that angle and size…any ideas?
