I’m developing a Website for a metal components distributor. The project includes a catalog with photos like the one on Dillard’s website:

I want a HTML version catalog. I will provide you with a JPG for each page and will provide you with the additional information for the popup bubbles. The catalog will have from 25 to 30 pages.
The way I want the catalog is very clear. Just look at the Dillard’s catalog, I want it almost exactly like it. Notice the image maps and the popup bubbles with tables with more information. Use javascript the less you can. When possible, use CSS instead of javascript.
If you can also do a FLASH version of the catalog, let me know, just in case. I’m more interested in the HTML version, but if you can do the FLASH version let me know.
I need this work done ASAP. If possible, before Friday at 5 pm.
Please give me a quote on US dollars and show me some real world work samples you have developed. I will send half the payment once I see at least 4 pages of the catalog and send the other 50% once the job is completed.
