Hi, this is my first post, and I am brand new to Flash too!
Looking at the superb walk-throughs on kirupa.com, I created a half decent flash animation with a view to inserting it into my site. Now I have ‘published’ the animation and have a html file and a swf file all ready to be inserted into my website. I even copied the html code from the flash generated html into the page of my website where I wanted the animation to show. So far so good. Next step, “Upload the SWF file to the same location as that of your HTML page”. Here is where I am stuck.
My site is completely php based, there is no static html page so that I can’t save the .swf file also in the same directory as the html file for the flash to work! How does it work for php sites, all I know is there is a file called “includes” amongst others, when I look at my site on my ftp client, should I insert the swf into that? please help!
