Simple Rollover confusing me

Hows it going. I’m interested in making a simple roll over like the one on Franz Ferdinands site. http://www.franzferdinand.co.uk/ But it seems to confuse me on how to start. I’m pretty new to Flash and it didn’t seem to hard at first. Thanks for your help in advance.
