I’ve followed the tutorial on how to create a simple scrollbar but I’m having trouble making it work properly. The scroll bar starts in the middle of the page and will only scroll down and off of the movie. The up and down buttons do not work properly either. I am attaching my fla in the hopes someone could help me.
It’s probably something in the actionscript that I don’t know enough about to make the neccesary changes.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

When it comes to scrollbars my experience has always been that its easier to replace them than it is to fix them. They never seem that special or important to me that they must be fixed, they just need to work.

Thats the tutorial I used but I’m getting the problem I described above.
Hmm, well if you download the FLA from the tutorial site it works perfectly. try to test the movie every time you make an alteration. That way you know where it failed.
I did. And it still failed.
