Simple seek bar tutorial for FLVs loaded via Flashcom server

I’m wanting to stream FLV’s with the Flashcom server and not use the media player component.

I’ve got all the basic controls working just the way I want them, but I want to create a loadbar that shows two things:

  • The current amount of the clip loaded
  • The current position of the playhead within the video.

I know these aren’t too complicated and there must be some tutorials out there about how to do this. I just haven’t found them yet.

Any help in how to do the above is much appreciated.
