I’ve got a company website. There are four or five pages which contain links to approximately 1,000 documents. Currently, users have to scroll through the list on the page to get to the document they want.
I’d like to implement a search feature - useable only on any specific page - where the user can enter the name or keyword for a document, and get whisked right to that link.
Can anybody point me in the right direction?
FWIW, I’m a designer who’s had to become a developer. I don’t even know where to begin to cobble something together.
