Here’s a question for anyone in the know. How come SimpleButton instances can be given children in the authoring environment even though SimpleButton doesn’t extend DisplayObjectContainer?
Furthermore, what is the nature of these children? Are they still children in the same way that movieclips can have children, or are they something else entirely?
