Sing video position/size

i asked on a deaf forum but to no avail

I’m designing an additional sign video, however I am dubious of the size and positioning.

Any insight/ thanks

(the sign video is suppose to be the one bottom right)

using a ‘speaker’ (sign-language’er ?) instead of subtext ?

Around here the parliamentary talks have sign language in a 3rd of the frame, but not on at all times
